We enjoyed a concert at Chukchansi Park and then hit up the local casino. The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Perfect for group outings.

The only downside was a cleanliness issue in the room. it could have been better maintained.

The newly renovated room boasted comfy beds and pillows, providing a good night's rest! The location was also conveniently close to downtown, perfect for exploring.

Unfortunately, the breakfast area was unclean, and I encountered some rude staff members during check-in. This left a sour taste on an otherwise appealing visit.

Evenings spent by the pool were delightful, and the staff always greeted us with warm smiles, making our family feel welcomed and at home.

However, a broken bathroom door handle and unclean room conditions made our experience less enjoyable. The lingering odor and noise from neighboring rooms were quite distracting.

My stay was regrettable. the room was filthy with broken appliances. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and there were roaches crawling around. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Despite the location being central, the lack of cleanliness and poor service overshadowed any positives.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and swimming pool. Staff helped me with evening plans on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

The location of Surestay is awesome! You’ve got Austin’s and Joe’s Steakhouse & Grill within a hop, skip, and jump, serving up mouthwatering bites. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home—even when things got a bit rocky.

Checking in was a whole production. they couldn’t find my reservation due to their system shenanigans. Plus, who charges a cash deposit? Sketchy vibes!
